Handling & Storage:
This product is shipped frozen and should remain frozen until ready to use. Thaw under refrigeration.
Pawpaw purée naturally oxidizes (similar to guacamole), so color changes are normal.
We add less than 1% lemon juice during production to help preserve freshness and quality.
