Gluten-Free Chestnut Bread

Ingredients

1½ Cups Treeborn Chestnut Flour
1 Cup Gluten-Free AP flour or Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1½ C milk
2 eggs
1¼ C sugar
½ C unsalted butter
¼ tsp cinnamon (to taste)
¼ tsp nutmeg (to taste)
¼ tsp ginger (to taste)

 

Instructions

  • Blend wet & dry ingredients separately, then mix
  • Grease bottom of pan (9" round or 9x5" loaf pan)
  • Bake @ 350° for 40-45 minutes
